The short version: Rack Wreck does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking. Your game progress is stored only on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains how Neon Frenchie ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game Rack Wreck (the "App") for iOS and Android, and this website at destroy.neonfrenchie.com.
1. Information we collect
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data through the App. Specifically, the App:
- does not require or offer user accounts, logins, or sign-ups;
- does not include analytics, crash-reporting, or telemetry services;
- does not display advertising and does not include advertising SDKs;
- does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use advertising identifiers;
- does not include any third-party SDKs that collect data.
2. Game progress stored on your device
Your game progress, settings, and in-game items (such as Bolts) are stored locally on your device only. This data is never sent to us and we cannot see, access, or recover it. If you delete the App or reset your device, this locally stored data may be permanently lost.

The App is free to download and offers optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to the platform you use. If you email us at support@neonfrenchie.com, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message (for example, your device model and OS version). We use this only to respond to your request and do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties, except where required by law.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and has no forms. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to download them. As with any website, our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

Because we do not collect personal data through the App, we do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.
7. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the App collects no personal data from any user, no personal information is collected from children through the App. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us at support@neonfrenchie.com and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. Since the App does not collect personal data, we generally hold none. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so.

Your game data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security features. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App changes. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will make that clear on this page before the change takes effect.
