Terms of Use
This is a cartoon game. Please don't break real things.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Destroy The Datacenter! (the "App"), published by Neon Frenchie ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
iOS users: If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App and any in-app purchases is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for iOS.
Android users: If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. In-app purchases
The App is free to download. Optional in-app purchases, such as Root Access, the Starter Hack Pack, the Sudo Bundle, and Bolt packs, are processed by Apple or Google. Bolts are an in-game currency with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Purchases can be restored from Settings > Restore Purchases.
3. Fictional parody
Destroy The Datacenter! is a work of fiction and parody. All characters, AIs (including OMNI), companies, and places in the App are fictional. Any resemblance to real companies, products, or persons is coincidental or used for parody, and the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real company.
4. No real-world destruction
The App depicts cartoon destruction for entertainment only. We do not encourage or condone damaging, tampering with, or interfering with any real property, equipment, power systems, or computer systems. This is a cartoon game. Please don't break real things.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The App and its content, including artwork, characters, and code, are owned by Neon Frenchie or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neon Frenchie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of locally stored game progress.
8. Privacy
The App does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
